Do you offer free shipping?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer COD on all orders, and there are no additional charges for this service.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is out for delivery. You can do so by clicking on the “My Account” section on the bottom of the Website Home page > select “Orders” > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. (Refer Image) Or else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the “My Orders” section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 working days. We offer free shipping across India.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Additionally, we will send you SMS and WhatsApp notifications with courier details and tracking links when your order is shipped and while it’s in transit. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We are sorry you had to experience this. Click on the “My Account” section on the website homepage, Click on the “Orders” section, tap on the respective order & click ‘Return’. We will try to resolve this on priority.
